Division 1: Daniel Warawa (Deputy Reeve)
Daniel Warwa has lived in Lamont County with his wife and their three children since 1980, where he has a mixed farming operation. In addition to his role as Deputy Reeve on Council, Daniel serves as Chairman on the Agricultural Service Board, sits on the John S. Batiuk Water Commission board, the Municipal Planning Commission, Alberta HUB, Lamont County Resident/Industry Mitigation Committee, and the Yellowhead Highway Association. Even with his days busy with Council and farming, Daniel still finds time to enjoy his six grandchildren by going camping, boating, hunting, attending dance recitals, school functions and hockey games.
Division 2: Wayne Woldanski (Reeve)
Reeve Wayne Woldanski was first elected to Lamont County Council in 2004 and has also served as Reeve since that time. He lives in the Chipman area and operates a grain farm together with his wife, Teresa. They have four children and five grandchildren. Reeve Woldanski is an ex-officio member of all committees of Council and is the Chair of all regular Council Meetings. In addition to his role on Council, Reeve Woldanski also serves on the Agricultural Service Board, Assessment Review Board, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Capital Region Board and is Chair of the Alberta Industrial Heartland Association.
Division 3: Roy Bryks
Roy was first elected to council in 1999 where he served until 2010. He was re-elected in 2013 for his fifth term. His committee duties include the Agricultural Service Board, Municipal Planning Commission, Community Adult Learning Council, St. Michael Regional Landfill Commission, Senior Citizens Foundation, Northeast Region Community Awareness and Emergency Response committee and the O.H.S. Committee.
Division 4: Roy Anaka
Roy Anaka was first elected to Council in 2010 and returned by acclamation for his second term in 2013. He has proven to be a strong advocate for county residents. His experience as a farmer, draftsman and truck driver has given him added understanding of the issues facing county residents. In addition to his regular council duties, Roy serves on Boards for Agricultural Services, Subdivision Development Appeals, Beaver Hills Initiative, Senior Citizens Foundation, Joint Municipal Policing Commission, and the Willingdon Seed Cleaning Plant. He is married to Hazel, father to Greg (Carrie) and Hillary, and grandfather to Grady.
Division 5: Robert Malica
Robert was elected to council for his first term in 2013. His committee responsibilities include the Agricultural Service Board, Municipal Planning Commission, Lamont County Resident/Industry Mitigation Committee, Family and Community Support Services Lamont County Region, Lamont County Regional Library Board, Northern Lights Library Board, and the Lamont Public Library Board.
