Community Programming (Monthly)
This self-care program for parents of children ages 0-18 explores self-care, gratitude, and resilience. Childcare is not provided.
Registration is required by Noon on Feb. 13 (space is limited): signup.com/go/DEZqHiZ.
Eight-week program from 1-2 p.m. at the Mundare Senior Citizens Club. Starts Feb 20.
$70 for eight weeks or $10 per week (drop in).

Mundare FCSS Office hours for Seniors' Services is Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mundare Senior Citizens Centre.
If services are required, book an appointment in Mundare by calling 780-895-2233 Ext 223 to connect with an FCSS Coordinator (or email michelle.a@lamontcounty.ca).

CALC Kitchens runs from January through June in Lamont, and Bruderheim (note: this has changed from Mundare).
Digital Skills runs every Thursday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. in both Andrew (at the Rainbow Club) and Mundare (at the Seniors' Drop-in Centre).
Who Am I? is an nine week program that runs on Mondays in coordination with the Elk Island Public School calendar.
English Language Learning runs Wednesday evenings in Mundare at the Seniors' Drop-In Centre, and on Thursday evenings in Bruderheim at the Community Church.
Creating Family Connections runs in the fall each year.
Into the Workplace (resume building/interviewing skills), one-one tutoring, & word builders - runs by appointment through the CALC office. We also offer the use of public access computers at the CALC Office.
Firearms Safety is a course run in partnership with an instructor, based on demand and facility availability.
Stinkin' Thinkin' and Kids and Money are both programs that are run based on demand and facilitator availability.
Monday mornings from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Andrew Lions Club.
