Lamont County Community Sponsorship Report Form

Reporting Requirement

• All sponsorship requests received by administration will be added to the agenda and
  discussed at the earliest possible Council meeting following receival.
• Lamont County Council will consider each request and award sponsorships at
  their discretion through a motion of council.
• Requests are considered on a first come. first served basis as funds remain
  within the budget year.
• Eligible groups who receive sponsorships for $500 or less are not required to complete and return a Sponsorship Report Form.
• All Eligible groups who receive a sponsorship of over $500 are required to complete and submit a Sponsorship Report Form within one year of disbursement. Failure to report will suspend eligibility to apply for future sponsorships.
